Replace my old fridge?

We have a fridge that is showing its years. It still works just fine, but I'm uncertain how much longer it will last.

Would it make sense to shop for a fridge now, before it breaks, taking my time to get a good deal on a scratch-and-dent, clearance, etc... fridge? This as opposed to waiting for the fridge breaks and being at the mercy of whatever I can find very quickly.
