Somebody keeps calling the cops to my house

This has happened at least 5 times in the past few months. In the middle of the night I get a knock on the door and there is a patrol car saying they got a call about a disturbance/ people fighting/ someone getting beat up, / even children screaming. None of this is going on. I tell them, they go on their way after a short talk. With all the shit going on in our city, I don't like to waste their time. I think it might be my (possibly crazy/probably drug-addled) neighbor, or possibly an ex with a grudge and too much time on their hands, or who knows what. Also I live on a "south" street so I worry that someone else is being g deprived of assistance when they need it due to bad reporting/dispatch. When I ask the officers, I know they can't tell mW who called, but they can tell me when the call came in. How accurate that is I cannot know. But none of it makes sense and I am sure they have better things to do.
