Over 300 Baltimore City Schools employees were at city schools HQ on North Avenue on Sept. 11th due to known payroll problems.

This is simply ridiculous. According to multiple media reports (ABC 2: http://www.abc2news.com/news/region/baltimore-city/hundreds-of-city-school-employees-missing-first-paycheck-of-the-year WBAL 11: http://www.wbaltv.com/news/pay-mistakes-affect-hundreds-of-baltimore-teachers/35232308 and The Baltimore Sun: http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/maryland/education/blog/bal-city-school-blasted-after-it-fails-to-give-teachers-raises-20150910-story.html#navtype=outfit) over 300 BCPSS employees were standing in line at North Avenue trying to figure out where their paychecks/money was. It's reported that some got their paychecks mailed to the wrong address, paychecks weren't issued or people found money missing from the paycheck.

According to the ABC 2 and The Baltimore Sun reports, this has been happening for years and that this isn't new.

What is going on within North Avenue to have such a fucked up payroll system where the very first paycheck of the school year is either a.) mailed to the wrong address b.) not even issued c.) have money actually missing???
