Specialty florist?

I am in need of a black narcissus, though many florists have been offering me a black dahlia. (a narcissus being a subgenus of dahlia). I really want the narcissus, but will settle for dahlia, just not at the last quote price of $400. I need one or, if the price is reasonable, I will buy minimum order.

So, Baltimore, where can I find this flower and/or do you know a specialty florist in town?
