The new president of Chile asks the government of Peru for peace, no hostile actions were undertaken on Peruvian soil by Chilean forces so i hope that we can reach a quick and amicable agreement to this pointless war of Bolivian aggression.

We accept peace with Chile as long as you remove you're troops from our border and we shall do the same.
The first army will leave their northern positions and move to their peace time footings. We will also demand that Argentine soldiers leave Chilean territory and send all warships to their peace time positions.
Is this acceptable.
Perfect, we are glad that we could come to an agreement.
I can accept a peace treaty, if it has less harsh terms.
If you can't handle the terms, then you shouldn't have rushed to war in the first place.
