Watercolor Wednesday, Sept 16-23: Rosemary!

IRC Sessions

Ahmm… installs Alton Brown voice module Good evening, u/DeltaFiveZeroFive, your friendly r/ArtBuddy robot here again! deeply inhales Ahhhhh…. Can you smell that? The wisps of fall are in the air... Changing colors, Cooler air, and countless amazing seasonal dishes to be created and consumed. u/kiki_havoc has an amazing dish, and special surprise for allll of you watercolorists out there. kiki_havoc, if you would…

With the arrival of fall and a nip in the air, what better way to celebrate the change in season than to be inspired by a fall harvest-style dish? If you have never tried Roasted Root Vegetables with Rosemary, I highly recommend you try it!

Now, if you are like me and don’t want to say goodbye to summer salads, you could try this recipe for a Rosemary Balsamic Vinaigrette! I made it using apricot basalmic vineagar, and it was incredible on every kind of salad.

If you haven’t guessed already, the herb of the week for this Weekly Wednesday Watercolor is * Rosemary! * If you don’t have access to fresh, you can use dried or a reference from Google, but try to always paint from life when possible :D Feel free to also draw some other great ingredients from these recipes, like carrots, beets, yams, onions, parsnips, etc!

Thank you kiki_havoc for that creative culinary challenge. Now everyone get those brushes and tastebuds ready!

[Come check out the r/ArtBuddy/ IRC when you’ve finished this colorful culinary challenge!](http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=ArtBuddy)
