[Help] Loading into Whiterun CTD

Just did a fresh reinstall of Skyrim. Cleaned all the proper files and edited the usual ini bits. On installing mods everything ran smoothly at a nice 50 FPS. Then CTD on the load screen going into Whiterun. I've looked over my mods and can't find the issue. If anyone can help that would be sexy.
