Is it possible to M-hole for hours with repeated dosing?

I want to know if you can extend the M-hole by taking more MXE or if there's a tolerance. Also, do you do this by taking the same dose that put you in an M-hole? (Let's say I plug 30mg, do I plug 30mg again when coming out of the M-hole?) Or do you do it by taking small amounts throughout the day? (Once again 30mg plugged, then taking 10mg doses to keep the M-hole going

How would you stay holing for hours? What would the dosages be like? Maybe snorting/plugging a small amount
