Need help in completing my team and char

I already reached Level 64 on my Powerful Arrow Archer so I needed help in what is the best gear/set/accessories for me and my Allies...

1.) Which gear/set should I go for? What stat(aside from dex) should I look for in the gears/sets? Where and What are the best accessories for Archer?

2.) My Allies are: Shabelle+Max, Belle Snow+Max, Ari, Whay+1, Theros, Percy, Porin, and Rar

most of them have SS Equips for Level 56-60 also the same question as my archer and what Card should I equip them?

3.) I've also joined a Guild aiming for top 5% and I don't understand the rewards for GB.. On the rankings it says that rank 1 will Receive Costume and 500 Rubies and etc, is the ruby going to be divided to each member of the guild or each member will receive 500 ruby??

4.) another question, My allies are already level 64 too.. If I make a new character, will I level up fast like the allies leveling up fast if someone is higher level?

Thank you in advanced :D
