Is Aggro pally still good?

The only class I haven't played yet is the Paladin. Other than ranking it up for basics at least. I was looking at this deck (https://tempostorm.com/hearthstone/decks/vanqswisher-tgt-aggro-paladin) and it seems good, but I don't want to waste the dust I have if it's not really legend worthy. Im not interested in secret paladin though before anyone suggests it.

Also, any replacement for king mulka? I'm going to put Loatheb in over Leeroy because I do not have that card.
