Choosing variable choice from shop-page

Hello everyone, I am trying to create a one page website. The site is going to feature some variable choice products, such as shirts - and I would like to be able to choose size and/or color from the shop page without having to go via the product page.

Does anyone know of a plugin that can do this, or can point me in the right direction? Really appreciate it
