[ASK] Dying iPad with a great village. Transfer questions.

I have a th8 village in the iPad, which cannot play CoC anymore (keeps crashing about 80% of the time). Is it possible to transfer the village to an android phone with an existing village and link it to a new Google+ account?

At the moment, the village is not linked to anything other than a game centre account.

Is there a way to salvage the account? Big thanks to any help
