Looking for a New android phone

My new phone is slowly dying and looking to get a new one to replace it.

Price : Looking for something around the $300. Could go higher if its worth the value. With fido I'll be looking into both on contract and off contract phones.

Screen size: Will be playing games on it so maybe a larger size than average. Size isn't an important spec to me.

Typical use: Mostly texting, browsing web on wifi and gaming (clash of clans and puzzle and dragons). A decent camera would be nice but I don't need the best specs. Also looking for a phone with a decent battery life

Location: I'm currently living in Canada if that makes any difference. Currently using Fido so phone will have to be able to work after just exchanging the sim card.
