I've been noticing a lot of growths on my body

Recently I got a wart on my hand, then a pyogenic granuloma on a different part of the same hand (they're disgusting, bleed easily and smell bad - I had it removed). I recently noticed a wart on my foot and now I have a corn on the other foot!

Why can't something awesome grow, like a pair of bulls' horns, or a prehensile tail, or a second dick?

Damn you, body!
