I [25m] had two great dates with [24f], now no response after she texted she really enjoyed date two. Can I salvage it? I need general dating advice too!

So I went met this girl on tinder, and we met up for a beer two weeks ago. The first date lasted 3 hours and we only had one drink and then sat talking for the rest of the time. There were some breaks in conversation, but we'd look into each others eyes for a couple seconds and just giggle when it happened. There was definite mutual attraction.

We texted everyday after, maybe just one or two a day to keep in touch, some of the texts were a few sentences long though. Then set up a second date at a science center with a fair going on in it. She was enthusiastic about it and we had lots of fun together. Played a couple games in there that involved flirting and touching each other to complete the games, it was nice. We also shared some memories in an exhibit that prompted it and I felt it was a nice little heart to heart. I walked her to her car and it was a bit far from where mine was and she offered me a ride back to mine, and then she parked and turned her car off and we chatted a bit more and she didn't seem to want to leave. I probably should've kissed her there since I felt it would be a good time to but I'm a chicken. She said she had a REALLY AWESOME time and we should definitely do it again. She told me about a presentation she had to prepare for the next day.

The next day I texted and the convo went like this (verbatim):

ME - Yesterday was awesome, I quite enjoy spending time with you :) How'd your presentation go?

HER - I really enjoyed the fair. Thanks for the suggestion. Presentation went really well. My supervisor said I did a good job which is rewarding. I've been feeling a little under the weather with a sore throat so I drew myself a bath and now I'm curling up in bed to rest up. Hope you have a good night and sweet dreams!

Next Afternoon

ME - Sorry for the late reply, really busy day and didn't want to wake you up. Great, I'm glad you liked the fair! Good to hear your presentation went well, getting praise is the best motivator ever. How are you feeling today?

That was like 10 hours ago and I don't think she's going to respond now. Was the text too much? I don't think it was clingy at all, since she sent a long text with details of her day which were unsolicited, and it continues our daily text pattern. Maybe I'm just freaking out and she's in bed sick or something. If she doesn't respond within 2 days, I was thinking of texting her to ask her out a third time, "Hey I hope you're feeling better! I'd really like to see you again, would you like to meet up on Saturday?" Would this even be worth it?

I have to admit that I am a big over thinker of life in general, as well as somewhat new to dating and relationships so this probably doesn't help. I'm a pretty cool dude, good looking with a great job and awesome hobbies and friends to keep me busy, but since I've started making an effort into dating, I find myself second guessing myself after things I do, and it's depressing when I find a woman I really like and could see long term potential with doesn't pan out, even though her signs were all positive. How can I train myself to 'harden' a little to take these set backs better? It's starting to get me down a bit to be honest. Especially since I know I'm a really genuinely nice person, and I just hope to find someone to share my life with. Starting to feel a bit lonely/unwanted after I've started dating and it sucks...How do you all deal with this? Will I just get used to it?
