USA-FL] [H]Verified PayPal [W] Iphone 5 or 5s

So ive been a avid droid user sense smart phone came out and im starting to wonder what all the fuss is about IOS. I've finally decided to take dip my toes in the water a little and pick up a older iPhone and see how it goes. I'm looking drop around 200 to 250ish if i can get a decent deal. Looking for something unlocked or one that will work for t-mobile. Ive tried craigslist but every seller ive tried to meet with seemed shady as hell when it came to icloud locked, imie numbers, and esn.
