MBBD Salary as Engagement Manager?

Hi all - I am a bit confused on the salaries at MBBD at the level beyond Consultant (i.e., when I plan to leave).

Looking at places like GlassDoor or Wall Street Oasis, it looks like Engagement Managers make around ~$170K in salary. But given my starting offer is for $150K in salary, this is only a $20K increase after 2-3 years. This is barely above 5% per year! Am I missing something here?
