[2004 Chevy Cavlier] Blinkers won't work

Hello there, first time posting to this sub. I'm hoping someone can help me with my issue - I have very basic car skills (replacing lights, stuff like that). My car is a 2004 Chevy Cavalier coupe.

Not sure if this is relevant: a month ago, my boyfriend borrowed my car and got T-boned on the passenger side. Car runs perfectly fine, the appraiser and another mechanic told me nothing mechanically essential was hit. The passenger door is jammed shut though. Totaled per insurance, but still runs fine.

I noticed today while driving that my rear blinkers don't work. My front blinkers work fine, and on the panel, the arrows flash. The tail lamps are on when I turn on the lights. But they don't blink when I switch on the turn signals. Same when I put on the hazard switch - rear lights don't blink, but it clicks at a normal speed inside.

I checked the relevant fuses in the fusebox, nothing looked burnt. I did not check any fuses in the engine fusebox. I replaced the relay under the steering wheel about a year or two ago, when it wasn't clicking correctly inside. I'm not sure where to go next. Could something have been knocked loose when the car was hit?

I'm in CA, so I will need to get a brake and lamp inspection soon for re-registering the salvaged car. I would appreciate any help! Thank you!
