Easy, Fast Pattern for Making a Cheerful Get Well / Heal Fast gift ?

My aunt fell and broke her hip two days ago while away on a trip. She's home now in hospital for a day plus now. She has to have surgery and will be in hospital for several days since surgery can't happen until thurs.

I wanted to know if you had any really easy projects I could make as a get well/heal fast / brighten your day gift. I feel so emotional right now it's hard. My aunt is elderly so it's not good she's broken her hip since she broke her foot a few years back. I can't lose my aunt now because she is my rock! She is emotionally supporting me with my fight against chronic Lyme disease and multiple co-infections, RSD which has stolen my ability to walk etc. This week is also stressful since my mattress broke (springs poking me thro the mattress-age related).... And I'm behind on my class work for my forensic science course!!! So you could say I'm stressed and I find crocheting helps relieve stress!! :-)

I have already spent an entire day in hospital with her to keep her in good spirits and brought her some love from home (a soft blanket, socks, toiletries etc stuff you might miss while in hospital for a week)! Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!
