No Calculus in High School?

I touched on this in another post, but I went to a very, very poor quality private middle school that didn't teach anything above pre-algebra and I had the worst math teacher I have ever had. Because of this, I was put in Algebra 1 my freshman year, and am currently in pre-calculus as a senior. Will not taking calculus in high school severely hurt my chances of getting in to a good technology or engineering program? That's what I want to do, and I'm worried I won't be able to. I've taken almost all AP/Honors except for math.
