why cant i sleep

I'm not thinking about porn or jacking off and it's day 2 for me. I can't go the fuck to sleep. There is no extra tension or stress, the only thing that has changed in my life this past 2 weeks is that I quit fapping 2 days ago! Anyone else feeling this side effect?
