Are Lucid Dreaming Induction Tracks Real????

I have been reading and looking into lucid dreaming for the last few years. All the techniques and methods - recently i have started seeing a new method of achieving lucid dreaming via using induction music that works with binaurals to lead your sleep cycle into dreaming. I hadn't heard much about this before at all. Does anyone know if these really work, if there is any science behind it and any experiences you might have with it?
