Handling real and text women?

What up asktrp. So I got a girl that I'll hang out with every so often. In real life at the bars and whatnot I can swat any shit test with a grin of confidence and she won't question it. She'll call me a dick and a douche but I can see in her eyes she likes every moment of it. But when I text her, she seems cold and complete 180 bitch mode has been flipped. Short, brief, cold, or choppy texts back to me every time. It's like I'm talking to another person then the person who I was just at the bar with eating out of my hand. How should I go about this asktrp?
