[Question] Looking for an app to alert me to important emails

I am applying for jobs and expect to receive emails which will have very short windows of time in which to respond before I am bumped down the list. I was wondering if anyone had a setup where certain emails with keywords would create an alarm like response on my phone.

Thanks!
