How do pros manage to play Fiora in Korea?

Seriously, she is permabanned in EUW and there is a good reason for it, how can she be left open for the pros in a big portion of their games. Are koreans trolling in the ban phase or what?

Huni has 1/3 of his game played as Fiora which is insane.
