Windows 10 failed to reset now I have no OS

I upgraded from windows 8.1 to windows 10 using the erase everything option since I was running low on hdd space anyway and it erased nothing. So I figured I'd just reset windows. It sat at 1% for an hour then I gave up and hard powered off my pc. I booted it back up and it came up to the windows recovery options so I hit continue to 10 and now all it does is boot loop showing the MSI gaming motherboard logo then looping again. I can get into my bios but nothing else. Any idea what to do? MS support is useless.
