Research for Interviews

I will be applying for an internship position at as many companies as possible in the coming weeks. This will be my pre-senior year summer, so I would like as good a position as I could land. Insurance and consulting are both options.

In terms of interviews, I figure having a strong understanding of the actuarial firms would be helpful. Being familiar with business models and insurance concepts would appear to make someone a very good candidate.

If someone can recommend any suggested readings that would be useful or beneficial to know, please help me out here. Thanks!
