Parents need help. Cannot afford to get divorced. Cannot afford to repair their house. Long story below. Advice would be much appreciated.

My story if you're interested. My parents are unhappily married. My mom had to move out of the house they're buying because of the fear of physical abuse. My dad works part time and my siblings and I are living here helping him pay the mortgage and bills. They've got about forty thousand left. The house is going into horrible disrepair. My dad is a scammer and tries to always pay the least he can for repair work. We've now a roof that always leaks and is getting worse. He will not put any money into any more repairs. He can barely pay his part of the bills. He says he will never leave. I do not want the burden of kicking him out, I do not want the burden of owning this house. Legally I don't think I can do anything anyway. Neither of them wants to leave and give up the house that's falling apart. Other than the roof electrical and plumbing are very bad also. Neither of them wants to let the other one win. I feel like time is running out. The house will not be livable in a couple of months. My mom does not want to give him half her 401k if they do get a divorce. I feel I will have to move out soon for my own safety. Brother said water was leaking through the ceiling fan the other night.
