Have they improved the drop rate of Supreme/Old Kai?

Yesterday i ran the daily event a few times, must have found like 15 golden capsules, and didnt get anything from the ones scattered around the arena. The boss dropped golden capsules twice though, and i got an Old Kai from one of those.

Today i tried to farm more kais, but didnt see much gold capsules and the boss never dropped one until just now, and i got a supreme Kai from it.

So thats like a 66% drop rate from gold capsules from bosses and a 0% from normal gold capsules since trying to farm for them. Surely the maintenance did something to the rates?
