Have you tried asking the to play through?

There are so many posts about large groups playing and people posting about etiquette. Guess what? We are a laid back, cheap recreational sport. Just accept that not everyone understands the etiquette of golf (yes, GOLF because we are an affordable version of golf (and this is not derogatory!)) and if you just ASK to play through then 95% of the time they will let you.

Last weekend I passed 19 groups in 23 holes because I was polite and asked. No one had an issue and it was clearly a busy day at the course.

If someone gets upset then they don't understand the disc golf community and it's not worth your time so just skip the hole and move on.

Have fun, enjoy life, and at the end of the day we're just throwing fucking frisbees.
