High elo ADC mentors with some free time?

Hey all. I'm an ADC main and i've been having alot of trouble in Silver lately.

Currently, i bounce between B1 and S5 exclusively. A few times i've reached 90 or so LP towards S4 even making me promos once, but lost those. My LP gains are way smaller than my losses. Netting me about 13 LP for a win a 20-25 for a loss.

This is my first season playing ranked, and my second season playing the game in general. starting mid-way thru S4. I killed my promos making S1 but tilted to my current position due to psychological reasons.

Help me out please!
