Cardiac Arrest advice?

Fist cardiac arrest call today. Handled it okay ish but it's lingering with me a lot. My boyfriend can't stay with me and I'll be by myself tonight. It's 2am and I gotta be back at the base at 7 am. Don't know how to handle it right now, considering I have severe anxiety that's also bothering me. WHAT in the WORLD do I do?! *To add on, I have insomnia as well. And I'm petrified of having nightmares considering I'm a magnet to sleep paralysis
