Yasuo Q and Triforce proc

I've been seeing Yasuo built with triforce a lot recently, but I'm wondering...

Does Triforce proc only on the first target hit with Q or does it proc on everything Q hits? I'd assume it would be first target hit, but does a 2nd target standing behind the first get hit at the same time or a minuscule amount of time after the first?
