A Little Help Choosing My Holiday Palette!

Hello wonderful people! So I'm from India, which means that I can only browse sephora until someone I know is coming home (first world third world problems), and I've got a cousin who's coming down October 10th, and she said that I should ship whatever I wanted by the 1st. The thing is, I've been wanting a colourful palette for a while now (I've naked 1, 3 and BoS 4), and I thought Spectrum was the one, but I'm not VIB (boo, sadface), so that's not happening. My options are as follows:

• Too Faced Le Palais
• Smashbox Colour and Contour 3 (It's in stock at sephora)
• Vice 4 (Available at Sephora now!)
• Kat Von D Remix.

Alternatively, I could just wait until Spectrum becomes available for the rest of us, but I've no idea when that is. FWIW, I'm a total shimmer fiend, and love sparkle (as long as it doesn't fall out everywhere). Help!!
