Anyone have or have used this monitor and can give me there opinion on it? LG FLATRON W2361V

Someone is selling this monitor on craigslist near me for $50. It seems like a pretty good deal, even if the monitor isn't the greatest. Also, are there anythings I should check for when buying a used monitor besides powering it on and plugging it up to a system to check if it works?
