Which Riot champion developer's work do you enjoy the most? i.e. What developer does the best work, in your opinion?

It's interesting to go through the list of Riot game developers here and read up on which champs they had a hand in creating, and noticing little patterns between all their champs. Reddit loves to hate on gypsylord's 3-hit obsession, but which developer's champs do you feel are the best designed, or just love to play?
