Looking for "pocket" offline viewer app that will save youtube videos from desktop to phone.

The app "pocket" for android was at one point able to save youtube videos for offline viewing. Now it cant anymore.

Are there any apps available that can do this?, especially one that can save at a desktop and have it load onto the phone. ta
