When a dealer's web site says "Please Call" instead of listing a price, that pretty much means they want over MSRP, right?

It's a 2016 Mazda MX-5. (I know the wiseacres will say to follow the instructions and call, but there are 11 dealers with inventory within 50 miles, so I'd rather not waste time with the ones looking to play games.)
