Relapsed today but for a different reason.

I lasted for 8 days, which might not seem much but is a week and a day. I relapsed not because i was horny but, because i was frustrated. I just wanted enjoyment... BUT SHIEETTT i lost 8 days of hard fighting... I will make it!!! Please help me or give me advice.
