What's the fastest anyone has gotten devourer sated?

I was wondering how fast you guys have gotten sated. I just recently had a Shyvana game where I got it in about 12:30 and was wondering if anyone has beaten that. Here's a picture (shitty quality because I forgot what league's screenshot button was and took it on my phone) http://i.imgur.com/XX6wEcJ.jpg and here's the match details http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1949032840/204872680?tab=overview
