Stat investment advice.

Currently I am level 82 with... VIT -30 END - 20 STR - 10 SKL - 50 BT - 7 Arcane - 15

Explaination - VIT and END are obvious, I don't use str weapons, my two main weapons are Blade of Mercy and Burial blade (mostly Blade of Mercy and Burial blade for killing large groups) so 50 in skill, I have yet to invest in bloodtinge because I hardly ever use guns since my two main weapons are two handed and if I do use guns its only to parry, and lastly 15 in arcane for hunters bone.

I am kinda stuck on what I should upgrade as far as stats go here's what I am thinking I could upgrade more vit and end, I could start putting points into bloodtinge for either the Evelyn or Chikage, or I could put more into Arcane since blade of mercy and burial blade have slight scaling from Arcane.

Edit: Also I was curious when should I stop leveling up? (if ever)
