Spoilers: question about "egg to crack" in AI pod? And Kojipro epilogue "help wanted" poster

What did strangelove mean when she said she put an egg in the the boss AI pod?

I noticed if you shoot the pod it says some English sayings, and then one that sounds Japanese ?

And I thought Kojipro disbanded? Why advertise for help wanted at "Kojipro LA" if they weren't still working on MGS series?
