I can't get a basic job. Any help?

I need a job to pay for college, since I'm not getting financial aid this semester, but I just am not making any progress. I have applied to several places like Target, CVS, Rite Aid, McDonald's, RadioShack, Sam's Club, Costco, Stater Bros, Ralphs, IN n Out, Walmart, and probably a couple places I've forgotten. None have gotten back to me, some I even applied to twice after I had never been contacted after. I submit my resume when asked, but have no references listed, since I really don't have any references, and if they request some I guess I'll have to get some somehow. I'm 18 in college going for a Business Administration bachelor's with a focus in Computer Information Systems. I can only work Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, technically I can work Sunday, but my parents tell me not to and I would need a day to relax and do homework from Wednesday classes. I have listed on some applications that I can work days and weekends, and others anytime and weekends, but none overnight since I would much prefer not to work overnight. So it would be a part time shift with about 25 or 30 hours a week since I would be available only 4 days a week, and I can't work all of Tuesday since I need to be able to do homework from Monday classes, I would either be able to work Mornings or Evenings, but not all day on Tuesday.

I know it sounds complicated here, but I'm just trying to be as clear as possible and on the online applications, it's simple. Is this too much to ask or something? Am I not realistically going to get a part time job with a schedule like this? I would be happy to be a bag boy or work in the stock room, clean, anything, I just want a job and need an income already. Where else should I look into applying? Any tips, help, advice is very greatly appreciated.
