[A3][Recruiting][US][CST] SEAL Team Eleven A SEAL Realism Unit
SEAL Team Eleven (11) was founded on March 3rd, 2015 by former members of the 15th MEU(SOC) and 506th IR ARMA units. We are a small collective of passionate ARMA III players finding the right place to call home. Our plan is simple: Create a fun and engaging ARMA III experience that will retain members and build a stronger community. We understand that ultimately this is a computer game and if you are not having fun, why show up? New recruits are required to attend several trainings before having the ability to participate in weekly operations:
Indoctrination Course (1 day) Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) Training (4 days) SEAL Qualification Course (SQT) (1 day) These trainings give players the ability to operate within a team in a coordinated and efficient manner. Once completed, you will never have to do them again.
Operations are scheduled missions that are run on the weekends. They tend to last around 2 hours and are the meat of the unit. Trainings are scheduled weekly with your team and cover a wide variety of principles such as room clearing, VBSS, communications, basic medical practices, etc.
To join SEAL Team Eleven, you must:
Must be 18+ years of age (exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis)
The unit operates solely in English, fluency is mandatory
Must have a headset/microphone system to communicate over VOIP
The ability to conduct oneself in a mature and respectful manner Must be able to attend scheduled trainings and operations
We also encourage, but do not require:
Stepping up and becoming a leader
Willingness to learn and assist in secondary operations of the unit (e.g. processing, mission/mod work, training, etc.)
Understand that this is a US-based unit and all official business will be conducted in English and in the US Central Time Zone
