Companies that offer monthly CTP payments?

I'm looking into the various companies that offer a green slip, but none of them seem to offer monthly payments. I don't exactly have the funds to fork over 12 months worth of CTP all at once so thought I would consult the great lords of reddit to seek advice on the matter. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
