Anybody else get really bad mpg in the new 2015 MK7 Golf?

2015 Golf TSI 1.8T Auto I just got it a couple weeks ago (brand new) and I've been been getting ~17 MPG when I should be getting close to 25 MPG. Is this an issue I should be worried about? I do mostly city driving if that matters.
