Downgrade from iOS 9.1 to 9.0 official without losing data?

I have seen people said they made it happened and haven't been able to do it. I tried using the update method on my laptop and selecting the iOS 9 GM and I lost all my apps but had my pictures and texts I believe.

Now is this even possible? And if it is, how can it be achieved correctly?
