Help needed.

Hey guys, I'm currently stuck on my main in FriendStory chapter 4 the first part where you have to go inside the music room. I submitted in the nexon forum under stuck characters with the necessary info for Game Masters to tele me somewhere else. The thing is that it has been 5 days since and I haven't gotten a reply whilst other people with similar situations got replies from GMs and are unstuck.... Frankly I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?
