Need help dealing with rushers

Just about every game I play with my squad we get our asses handed to us by people who just incessantly rush every round. Its beyond frustrating as we are denied our boxes. Overall, its becoming less and less appealing to play factions like this. If i wanted fast paced mindless rushing i'd play COD. So how can my squad and i deal with this?
