Chess Partner?

So, I love Chess. Who here doesn't really? I just recently got a Chess.com account, and I would love to have a partner whom I can chat with and practice along with while I play Chess and try to seriously get into it now. It would help having Skype while we play, so we can chat. I am 16 years old, as if it matters. Thank you for yout time.
